Say Mumbai are playing Chennai and Mumbai are priced at 1.80 to back.

Backing Mumbai for ₹1,000 at 1.80 means you win ₹800 if Mumbai win and lose ₹1,000 if they do not.
Laying Mumbai for ₹1,000 at 1.80 means you are playing bookmaker. You win ₹1,000 if Mumbai fail to win and you pay out ₹800 if they do. That ₹800 is your liability, and it is held from your balance until the match settles.

The markets you will see

Match Odds – the true exchange market on who wins, with back and lay prices that move ball by ball.
Bookmaker – a simpler win market priced by the platform, usually with higher limits and no commission.
Fancy or session markets – yes/no lines on things like runs in the first six overs or a batter’s score. These settle quickly and are where most in-play cricket action happens.
Other sports and casino – football, tennis and kabaddi markets, plus live-dealer tables such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette and Baccarat.

What an Allpaanel ID is
