How to Get an Online Cricket ID: Step-by-Step, With Timings
An online cricket ID can be set up in roughly ten minutes. Most of that time is you reading messages, not waiting. Below is the sequence as it actually happens, with a rough time for each step and the point at which money should first change hands.
Step 1: Decide what you want the ID for (2 minutes)
Providers usually offer more than one platform. Tell them what you plan to bet on. If it is mostly IPL and international cricket with session markets, ask for an exchange ID. If you want casino tables as well, say so, because not every ID includes them. If you are unsure, our overview of the online cricket ID explains the options.
Step 2: Contact the provider on WhatsApp (1 minute)
Use a number from the provider’s own website. Numbers posted in Telegram groups, YouTube comments and Instagram replies are the main source of fake IDs.
Step 3: Share basic details (1 minute)
A name and your phone number are normally enough. You should not be asked for an OTP, card details or photos of identity documents to open an exchange ID.
Step 4: Receive and test your login (3 minutes)
You will get a site address, username and temporary password. Log in straight away, set your own password when prompted, and check that the balance shows zero and the markets load. Do this before paying anything.
Step 5: Make a small first deposit (3 minutes)
Ask for current payment details, pay by UPI, and send the screenshot with the reference number. Your balance should update within a few minutes. Keep the first deposit to the minimum.
Step 6: Place one small bet and request one small withdrawal
This is the step most people skip and the one that tells you the most. A provider who pays a small withdrawal promptly is far more likely to pay a large one. Note how long it took; that is your benchmark from now on.
What it costs
The ID is free. You pay only your deposit, which becomes your balance. On true exchange markets a small commission is taken from net winnings on a market; bookmaker and session markets generally have none. Ask your provider for their figures, along with minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and keep the reply.
Common hold-ups
- The site address does not open – exchange domains are sometimes blocked by ISPs. Try mobile data, then ask for the current address.
- Balance not updated – resend the payment reference. Without it the provider cannot trace the transfer.
- Password rejected – usernames are case-sensitive, and a pasted password can include a stray space.
Online betting is for over-18s and is treated differently across Indian states, so check your local rules and set a budget before you start.
